1. Boil 1 LB of pasta and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. 2. Heat 1 jar of artichoke spread in a large skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet along with the reserved pasta water. 4. Stir in 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and lemon juice. 5. Toss until creamy.
