1. Slice the tomatoes and sprinkle them with salt. Set aside. 2. Use 3 tablespoons of oil and the seasoning to marinate both the swordfish and corn. Set aside for 5 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, mix the remaining oil and lemon dill caper sauce together in a large bowl. 4. Grill the swordfish and corn until both reach 145 degrees. Set aside. 5. Add the tomatoes, spring mix, and corn (cut off the cob) into the large bowl and mix together. 6. Top each salad with a piece of swordfish and enjoy!
