1. Cook jasmine rice according to instructions on the package. 2. In a small pot, combine 1/2 packet Hernán Mole Pipián with 1 cup of chicken broth (feel free to add more for a thinner sauce) until smooth and even, and warmed through. 3. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. 4. Season tilapia with Gunpowder Rub. 5. Cook each fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until opaque and golden. 6. Serve tilapia over rice and spoon mole sauce on top. 7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and enjoy!
